Jenkins Engineering's machining division is an essential section of our manufacturing and service divisions, but also stands alone to produce quick turn round items direct to customers. With the variety of machine tools available, we have the capacity and capability to supply components on a one-off or batch basis. We will use customer drawings and specifications, and discuss individual requirements
 
Our CNC Turning facility includes 2 axis turning up to 374mm diameter. We have both automatic magazine bar feed and bar pull for repetitive cycle work and can accommodate up to 77mm through the spindle.

With capacity up to 1000mm x 508mm x 600mm, our VMC division can satisfy most requirements efficiently and competetively.
